| Runt and Ann met dancing in 1958 and were married soon after in ’59. The couple joined Gaston Shaggers in 1989 as charter members and has served on the board and various committees several times to support the club. They have taught junior and adult shag lessons continuously for fifteen years and continue to take lessons at S.O.S. to pass new steps along to their students and improve their own dancing. Runt and Ann are beloved in the shag community and well known for their kindness, promotion of the dance, and willingness to help others with the dance. |
